Why isn't my location updating?

Open iOS Settings → LockaliZ → Location and select "Always". Background location is required for zone alerts to fire when the app is closed.

How do I join an existing circle?

During onboarding, choose "Join an existing group" and enter the 6-character code shared by another member.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → LockaliZ → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the current period.

How do I delete my account?

From the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account. Or email vulia.contact@gmail.com.

Why is my battery draining?

Continuous GPS uses some power. iOS will throttle updates intelligently when you're stationary. You can turn off background location anytime in iOS Settings.
