By installing or using LockaliZ you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
LockaliZ lets you share your real-time location and create geofenced zones with members of a private circle. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of GPS accuracy or notification delivery.
You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental authorization. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
LockaliZ Ultimate is a paid subscription billed via Apple. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24h before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
All refunds are handled by Apple. Refer to Apple's refund policy: support.apple.com.
You can stop using LockaliZ and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
LockaliZ is a convenience tool, not an emergency service. We disclaim liability for damages arising from missed alerts, GPS inaccuracy, network outages, or device limitations. In no case shall our liability exceed the price you paid for the subscription in the prior 12 months.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be settled in the competent courts of Paris, France.
